Side engine mount torque specs needed?

I have an engine mount that seems to let my engine rock back and forth and i don't know the torque specs of it looking at the car it's on the left side.

Yep, when those engine mounts go out the engine will move excessively, here is how to change the mount out and the torque specs as requested, make sure to use a piece of wood under the engine oil pan with a floor jack to support the engine while the repair is being done.
