Cranks up fine but sounds rough. Hesitation changing gears from start. Try's to stall when at a stop. Will shut off while driving after about 15 or more miles. Cranks back up but will only go quarter of a mile then shuts off again. Changed fuel filter. Ignition. Wheel bearing. Codes are different each time. 02 sensor camshaft sensor vacuum leak.

As I was reading this, I was thinking it was a vacuum leak so the fact that you have a could that points in that direction, then that means we need to start here and make sure we find it and fix the leak then retest the rest of the operation.

Here is a guide that will help with this:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-an-engine-vacuum-gauge

However, I suspect if we find the leak then it will fix all the issues that you are seeing at this point.

Let me know if you have questions and we can go from there. Thanks
