My car shuts off when I come to a stop and when I put it in neutral, it turns right back on. What is causing this to happen?

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner. If it continues check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it however you may need an adapter for that to be done.
