My vehicle shudders or shakes a little when I am turning out of places. It only does this when the wheel is turned and I’m accelerating. It can be felt throughout the car by passengers. There are no other whining noises like you would hear from power steering issues.

I have seen worn CV axles cause this issue. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. In the meantime, here is how you can change the CV axles out with this generic guide and instructions for your car are in the images below.
