Engine vibration when let off gas

So if I am in park, rev the engine, and then release the gas pedal there is a shutter as the car dips below 1,000 RPM's.
I was having vibration issues in low gears and just had the motor mounts replaced. I suspect that whatever is causing the shuddering is what lead to the motor mounts failing in the first place. There is no check engine light on. What could this be?

Does the engine seem to running okay? If so it sounds like the balance shaft is not working correctly or is out of time with the engine which will cause the vibration. Here are the instructions on how to check the shaft in the diagrams below. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
