When idling in drive, there is a shudder in the rear of the car when at a complete stop. It goes away when i put it into neutral or if i start accelerating. So far, it is only happening once the car has warmed up, but now it is happening more frequently.

This sounds like you have some engine mounts that are going bad, Check for excessive engine moment when putting the car in gear and then into reverse.

Please let us know what you find so it will help others.
