Should I buy a blazer?

I was thinking about buying a blazer. If I do, I was thinking about putting a Corvette engine in it. But on the other hand I could put a Corvette engine in a smaller car like a charger just for the coolness factor. I want my blazer to go fast but I also wanted to go off-road. I'm kind of on a tight budget. I just want to know what someone thoughts are on that. Hard to explain.

nice conversion but if it is a 4 wheel drive, you will require special oil pan due to front differential.

doing a conversion will stretch your budget way out. it is not cheap to perform this
