Short - Draw

My battery goes dead by morning. It has a major draw. I have isolated it to the #23 fuse which says battery backup. What that means. How do I fix this?

Fuse # 23 is for the MICU (Multiplex Integrated Control Unit) which is linked to many components and systems such as door locks, wiper, interior lights. If any of these are not turning off, there would be a battery drain. I would suggest starting with a diagnostic scan to check for trouble codes. Check also for components that are not turning off.
