Hello, I was reading one of your messages and I have very similar problem. Recently my car started acting crazy shutting off for seconds lights flicker and all. But it seems only when I turn the wheel and it seems like once the car warms up it will run fine. Any suggestions?

The description sounds like a loose/corroded connection. I would start at the battery and clean and tighten the cables and check the cable to terminal crimped ends for corrosion. Then check the other end where it connects to the engine and body as well as the fuse/relay panel. Also, look at the wiring harness for any areas that are rubbing on sharp areas or touching the exhaust system. They can rub through and short out or melt the insulation.
The next step if that fails to find the problem will be to see if you can cause it to happen while setting still by moving the wiring and switches/sensor connections. It could take a while to track down.
