When i am driving the car feels like its going to stall and then it drops and jumps forward into gear and when i am standing still, if i shift, the car jolts each time. It has happened before and it was as simple as putting in more transmission fluid, but it has only been a month and it is doing it again. I do not see a leak and my fluid levels are fine. so i do not know what it could be.

Sounds like it is time to take it to a transmission shop to get it examined. It could be something like a sticking solenoid or piston in the transmission or a bad converter or clutches. They can give you a much better idea about that. To me it sounds like it may be time for a rebuild, with those symptoms and mileage.
