I am having problems getting my five speed into mainly first, second, and fifth gears and sometimes even reverse. Can someone please give me an idea of what might need to be fixed and maybe how much also it will cost me?

Yes, it sounds like the clutch disc is falling apart which means the clutch will need to be replaced. Here is a video that will give you an idea of what you are in for when doing the job:

Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

That could be as well. Here is the shift linkage diagrams to help you replace the shift rod which the bushings can wear to in.

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
