Transmission will not shift into gears?

My car wont shift into gear, but the gear lever is not stiff.

That video helped a lot. I'm having problem 1 and problem 4. So should I buy the Clutch Kit or the Clutch Pressure plate only?

I would get the kit, it makes the job more complete and it will last longer. Let me know if you need instructions on how to remove the transmission and clutch assembly, this guide can help.
