Transmission is not shifting properly after replacing the transfer case

I had to replace my transfer case and now it lags when I'm shifting to the next gear, and then slips down gear if I push the accelerator. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

Hi,

When you removed the old transfer case, did you lose a lot of transmission fluid? Is the ATF level full and clean?

Let me know. Also, if you had to add fluid, did you add the correct type, and is the transfer case the same model as the original one?
