My cars shifter is currently stuck in the Park position. However, when I turn the car on, it is in Neutral and won’t change. I was able to unlock the shifter out of Park and move it, but it stayed in Neutral. Warning lights on the dash are on, even though the warning lights is something wrong with the system.

Thanks for the video. This happens when the shift cable breaks or the gear range sensor goes out, I would lift the hood and have a helper run the car through the gears as you have, (engine off) then use a flashlight to see if the cable is working the transmission selector arm. If so, then I would replace the gear range sensor which I have included in the images below. If not let me know and I will give you how to change out the cable assembly. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
