I bought the vehicle listed above about 2 or 3 years ago and I was told that the bushing was going bad I needed to be replaced, but I never seen a problem, so I didn't want to mess with it until then. Well, the last few months I noticed my car was not going all the way into park so sometimes I would have to start it in neutral if it wouldn't go into Park well then yesterday when I was pulling up at home I hit the break put it in park and when I took my foot off the break my car was still rolling so I heard up and hit the break and when I looked at the dash I noticed that it said my car was in third or three or whatever it is right past drive so my lover was all the way in the park position though so I push the break and I went to go pull the lever back to where the indicator was saying it was you know and then maybe pushed forward I couldn't move my shifter so when we took it apart at the console and was going to replace the bushing it's still not shifting right and it's my key is now stuck in the ignition to where it wasn't but when you look at the cable that's going out the floorboard it seems to be bent and the coating around it or something is freed out so I'm trying to figure out is there a way of fixing that is it supposed to be bent or do I have to replace this cable also the spring doesn't look right after replacing this bushing can you tell me if that looks right to you.

Thanks for the videos and the images. Yep, that spring it supposed to be on the other side of that black retainer so I don't know how it got over it but it doesn't matter because the shifter cable is not good and needs replacement. Here is how the job is done in the images below. If you can't find the part new, I would try checking eBay. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

Also, in the picture where I'm pointing that screw seems to be just sitting there it's not tight, but it doesn't come out, is that the problem?

That looks like a cover so it wont be tight, The key is stuck because the shifter has a cable that goes to it which activates the interlock which releases the key. Here is an image of it so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
