Shifter alignment

Yesterday the shifter position shifted to the right. Now 1st and 2nd is where 3rd and 4th should be and I can't shift to 5th 6th or reverse.

Hi,

I have a feeling one of the ring springs has come apart. Take a look at the attached pic. It is an exploded view of the shifter. I highlighted the bearing seat. Remove the boot and see if that has come apart.
