Transmission does not shift into neutral or park

Hi,

Do you mean the indicator won't show park or neutral or does the transmission always stay engaged? I'm asking because if it is always engaged, that is an internal issue with a clutch pack. If it is the indicator, chances are the transmission range sensor is faulty.
