Which solenoid controls the D or drive?
The problem is that when I shift to reverse it shifts normal but shifting into drive it jerks or slams too loud, it is scary.

Good afternoon,

There is no solenoid for engagement into drive at all. It is all handled by the valve body itself.

Have you changed the fluid? That is where I would start.

There are 6 solenoids on the valve body for all the shifting.

I attached pictures for you of the solenoids.
