Shift solenoid 1-2 2-3

Yes sir. It has to be that the Neutral safety switch or shift linkage is on wrong cause when I first got it started & put it in reverse it went foward. And whn I didnt have the bolt in the bracket u could easily move the gear shift from P to R, N, D
