Yesterday, when the transmission was in park. I raised the RPMs to 2,500-3,000 to check how fuel trims are doing. I felt shakiness. What could it be? No codes no check engine light.

This can be a lean condition caused by the MAF sensor, but can I ask if the engine has been tuned up recently? If not, I would install new spark plugs and coils and also, I would replace the MAF sensor because it can become weak causing the lean out. These two guides should help:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-tune-up-a-car-engine

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/repair-lean-mixture-codes-p0171-or-p0174-on-some-manufacturers

Here is how to change the spark plugs and coils out in case you need it.

Recommended spark plug

DENSO made .................... SK16R11
NGK made .................... IFR5A11

The engine can misfire but still not have a code BTW. The MAF sensor is a normal service item. Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.
