Shaking a lot when driving over 40 MPH and shakes a little when stopped?

Whenever I’m stopped my truck shakes a little and when ever I accelerate when I’m going over 40 it shakes a lot until I hit the gas more then stops. do you think this could be because I need new spark plugs?
