Shakes and VERY slow take off.

My Ford Taurus has a problem when it is in first gear. Whenever you take off from first gear, the car begins to shake, as well as take a lot of time to take off, it takes way longer to get across the intersection than it should, but once I hit about 20-25 mph, the car drives just fine, I only have a problem with 1st gear, now I don't know if this is just a Transmission issue or if I need new Motor mounts, or both, if you could message back ASAP that would be great, Thank you.

have a trans guy check it sounds like a trans problem.
