My car did not shake at all until I had the donut replaced on the left front side with a used tire. The donut had only been on for three days. But my car shakes now on the right front side. What do you think the problem could be? Tire man says all the other tires look good.

Does the car pull one way or the other? If so, then you need an alignment. If not, then you probably just need to get your wheels balanced. Either way it's not an expensive thing. Do make sure that your lug nuts are tight enough, because sometimes the tire people make mistakes and don't tighten them up all the way.

Swap the front/rear tires. Does it still shake up front? If not then try to balance them. It's possible that the tire threw a weight while you had the spare on.
If it still shakes then it is probably brake or axle related.
