Several issues but starting with the easiest to explain. I have replaced the blend door for vent positions as well as the control unit in the dash. It was originally stuck in the defrost position. Now after putting on the new actuator and doing a recalibration, it is stuck in the vent position. What can cause this?

Hi,

Was it the blend door actuator or mode door actuator that you replaced? Air flow direction is controlled by the mode door actuator.

I attached a pic below showing the mode actuator. Let me know if this is what you replaced.

Good morning,

I would remove the actuator and move the door in the case manually to be sure there is nothing not allowing the door to move according to the command being sent.

It could be a door issue there not allowing smooth movement.
