On a scale of 1-10, rough idle is at 2, not bad, when you rev it all the power is there. Have these codes:

Please clear all codes and then turn the key on without starting the engine, then gather the codes to see what comes up first, we will fix that first which should solve the remaining codes. Let me know what you find.
