P0420 code signals a low catalyst system efficiency. So, it needs a new catalytic converter.
P0128 indicates that your engine coolant temperature is below the thermostat regulating temperature. Replace the thermostat.
C0042 The ABS Module sets the OBDII code when the Power Supply Voltage is not to factory. Replace the ABS module.
c0057 which can be related to the bad ABS control module so I would fix that first.
