Car been sitting, has codes p0016/p0017/p0299?

Yep, this will be the camshaft oil control solenoids as well. make sure the engine is full of good clean oil and change the filter, then remove the camshaft oil control valve and clean them. here is the location in the images below. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
