Settings center console

I can go to the settings menu but when I chose anything on the menu, such as clock setting it reboots.

Chances are the control unit is out. To be sure here is a video on how to do a CAN scan which is the feature of car repair (easy) and the instructions of the replacement in the diagrams below:
