5.2 with hydraulic roller cam and lifters.0 valve. Lash set by V8 mark just after TDC! My question is, do you torque all rocker intake and exhaust bolts at this time? Or do you your adjust like you would in sequence according to firing order?

Good morning,

I posted below the procedure and torque for the rocker arm bolts for you. There is no sequence but it is best to roll the motor to where the intake and exhaust valves are both closed to do a proper adjustment.

Roy

INSTALLATION
1. Lubricate tappets.
2. Install tappets and push rods in their original positions. Ensure that the oil feed hole in the side of the tappet body faces up (away from the crankshaft).
3. Install aligning yokes with ARROW toward camshaft.
4. Install yoke retainer. Tighten the bolts to 23 Nm (200 in. Lbs.) Torque. Install intake manifold.
5. Install push rods in original positions.
6. Install rocker arms.
7. Install cylinder head cover.
8. Install air cleaner assembly and air inlet hose.
9. Start and operate engine. Warm up to normal operating temperature.

I have looked this information up and looked in repair manual, there is several conflicting ways that have been described, but the majority is the same as yours. Difference is only, NM 17, 21, 23? I'm going with yours because I've asked a couple of questions before and information has been right on! Thank you again! Much appreciated. I will give 2CarPros. Com as my number one to anyone who asks for advice!
