Setting the time

Just changed head gasket on truck. Got it back together (thanks to you guys) but the timing is off.
Can you recommend a good video on YouTube or anywhere else that shows me how to do this? I got a timing light but not really sure how to do it.

Disregard the pictures oriented towards the Jeep repair.

Not only video, but if you read on through this you will see the way I prefer to do it using a wrench or ratchet instead of bumping the starter.
