car ran good for 2 weeks driving home heard loud noise lots of hesitation car lost power car shut off. now I don't have no crank no start.

It sounds like the timing chain let go. does the engine sounds funny when cranking it? If you upload a short video of the engine cranking I can tell for sure. In the meantime you can go over this video which can help. Also we can do a compression test, you can rent the gauge set from the auto parts store for free.
