Can I still drive my vehicle if it is saying it needs to be serviced?

I think my car needs a service and on the dash all the dials are staying at zero and the petrol meter is blank and it comes up with service practically everything. Can I still drive the car whilst its like this?

Hi,

This vehicle isn't offered in the US, but I will try my best to help. If all of the gauges are not working, the first thing I would check for is a power issue. Have you checked fuses both under the hood and under the dash?

Is it possible for you to upload a picture of what lights are actually showing? I may recognize one that could be a concern for driving.
