I have got a 4x4 message on my dash. Code C0569:4b failed to calibrate.
Replaced selector switch and tried to relearn does not click. The lights come on at first key cycle then turn off. The scanner shows mode switch selves is off when it should be 2wd.

Replaced TCCM mode now shows mode and changes when turning the selector knob.
But also has 2 more codes c0306:05 and c0321:04

Replaced transfer case actuator no changes, or clicking when trying to relearn. I check reference wire purple wire pinH on actuator and has 0v key on check continuity to ground and power has none. Check continuity from actuator to TCCM and has continuity, checked voltage right out of TCCM for reference still 0.

Hi,

I need a little more info. First, I'm assuming this is at least a 2500. Is that correct? Which transfer case do you have? Is it the NVG 246-NP8 or the NVG 263-NP1?

Let me know. The wiring schematics are different, so I want to make sure I'm looking at the correct one. I do have another question. If this is a 2500, I am not showing a C0569 code for this vehicle. (See pic below) I'm thinking you may have a 3500 or something different.

Let me know.

Joe

It is a 2500 it’s a LMM engine. I’m not sure which transfer case. And that is the code c0569:4b calibration not learned. I looked at your pic and your under the year 2006 maybe that’s why.

I also removed the purple wire pin 10 on connector X1 at the TCCM when removed the wire has 6.8v once I plug it back in it drops to 0v. I ran an external wire from pin10 to pin H on the t-case actuator just to be sure and resolved nothing. Another thing to add one I plug the factory TCCM back in clear the codes I am only left with the 1 code. As soon as I swap to the new Reman the 2 extra codes appear. I already tried another remanufactured TCCM and same results. Weird how the origami only logs 1 code. But it seems to be bad because will not show the gear on my live feed but on the reman it shows 2wd 4hi 4lo when moving the knob.
