Service four-wheel drive message appears as soon as key is turned on. Replaced the transfer case actuator to no avail. (No sound at the transfer case while selecting 4x4) Needing wiring diagram from the rotary switch to the TCCM and transfer case. This vehicle has the round switch and not the push button style. Edit: 150,000 miles

Hello, I'm Danny.

I've attached the 4wd and transfer case wiring diagrams you've requested below. Let me know if they are large enough to view. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Hello Danny. The pictures are too small to read. Any other options?

Hello again.

I found a different color diagram maybe this is easier to view. I've cut it into 3 pieces to view larger. Some of it is overlapped to show all the components so nothing was left out. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any further questions on this issue. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.

Hello again and thank you for the wiring diagram. All wiring checks out okay, but still no sound or movement at the transfer case? Any ideas? I'm thinking it's the TCCM?

Hello again.

I've attached 3 different sets of picture steps for you below. The first is a pin out guide for you the test the TCCM circuit. I would do that first before just replacing. The second set is for TCCM removal and replace include its location. The last is for the TCCM relearn procedure. Hope this helps and keep us updated with your progress or further questions. Thanks again for using 2CarPros.

Okay. So here is the code C0306-05. Motir is not open or grounded. I do have battery voltage on both the tan and orange wires? Is that normal?
