There is a tensioner that should be replaced as well as belt and it moves in opposite direction of belt then after belt is on then move tensioner back towards belt. Move tensioner in direction of arrow to remove belt then let it back once belt is on. There should be either a bolt or a square head for a 3/8" or 1/2" drive rachet to put there. See pic.
