keeps ripping up the belt. New water pump and power steering pump. it started this before all this was replaced.

check alignment of pump and make sure you have a new tension-er as well. use a straight edge with belt off to see if it is in alignment. check all pulleys with belt off. any junk on belt pulleys will rip belt to shreds so check for that as well and no oil or foreign substances.
