Serpentine replacement

I do not know how to replace the serpentine belt on my car? It only has one serpentine belt. do i have to remove the front right tire and remove the tensioner?

see pics the tensioner should be replaced anytime belt is.it has two bolts holding it in arrow shows which way to move tensioner to get belt off as well as replacing.see pics.
