Serpentine Belt Slipped Off?

My serpentine belt slipped off but the belt itself is fairly new so I don’t know what pulley might have caused it to slip off

Yep, the serpentine belt will slip off when the belt tensioner goes bad, here is how to replace it and fix the problem. Here is the part you need to change out on amazon for $35.00.
