My car is a Hybrid. The belts for the main drive shaft and water pump are completely gone. I had my independent mechanic work on it but he cannot find the where to tighten the tension-er for the water pump belt. Do you know anything about recent Kia Optima's and how the belts are put on? I looked at the article that was posted here on how to put on the serpentine belts but it seems it requires one belt for the regular Optima but two for the Hybrid. Can you please help? Thanks!

Water pump belt is "rolled" on.

Basically, the belt is the correct size between the two pulleys, you are forcing the belt over the crankshaft pulley to get it in the groove.

I got you a diagram from "Prodemand" below.

Let us know how it goes.
