Serpentine belt keeps falling off

If the belt is not breaking but just coming off, then more then likely your tensioner is not holding it tight enough.

If the belt is breaking then that is a different issue but below you will find the process from the manual on replace the tensioner. I would go ahead and put a new belt on as well just to be sure due to having it off anyway.
