Serpentine belt rubbing on tensioner

I am replacing my serpentine belt and we have it on the car but it is rubbing the serpentine belt tensioner.

picture looks to show a vacuum line pull it out of way and tie it with a ty wrap. we only list a 3.1 but picture shows routing . tensionser should be changed as well though. see picture of routing you may have it on wrong.
