Serpentine belt

My Serpentine belt broke had the belt and tension pulley replaced car started up fine, but would drive forward and reverse then it stopped driving only in reverse. now the car will not start at all. what can be wrong could it be fuses or leaky hoses?

check battery for condition including load test most places do for free.
