I changed all my belts two months ago and when i first started it the serpentine belt had a really loud startup squeak. i tightened it and it went away. However, just yesterday i started up the car and it's making that noise on startup again. Is it possible for the tension to have loosened?

Check the belt path very close, it is easy to get a belt off the side of a pulley and have it make a lot of noise. BTDT myself. Being a manual tensioner it is also possible that the belt has stretched some and will need to be adjusted as it does. Depends a lot on the quality of the belt for that.
