What is the name of the sensor located on the back of the engine, in the cylinder head between the head and dipstick tube above cylinder number eight?

I've been going back and forth to the parts store every day for a week and I still don't know or have the right sensor for this car. The sensor I'm looking for located on the back of the engine, in the cylinder head between the head and dipstick tube above cylinder number 8. Could someone identify this for me please?

Hi,

Is it possible for you to take a picture of the sensor and upload it for me to see? I know there is a coolant temperature sensor in the rear of the engine, but I believe it is mounted in the intake manifold. See pic below.
