Truck will start with starting fluid (and runs great) but when I shut it off it will not start without the starting fluid. Pump is pressurizing, there is fuel at the rail and runs like a dream once started. Just will not start on its own. TPS maybe? ECM was just replaced a couple months ago along with FPS.

Can you hear the fuel pump come on for two seconds when you turn the key to "on"?

What sort of fuel pressure are you seeing at the rail? Use a test light to see if the injectors are being pulsed while you are trying to start it.
