Bubbles like it overheating, gauge does not read hot

It bubbles like it overheating when it says on gauge not hot. runs rough at idle sometimes shuts off when trying to take off from light. code say it temperature sensor and vacuum leak.

Just so we can get on the same page, what codes are you getting?

Also, are you saying the coolant is bubbling but the gauge does not say it is hot but you have a temperature sensor code?
