seized spark plugs

spark plugs is hard to remove what is the best way to remove them?

Run the engine up to temperature, shut it off and prep the plugs by removing the coils and spray just a bit of penetrant in around the plug. Let the engine cool down and then remove them. Beyond that there isn't a lot that you can do. I know some folks who use a lower torque battery impact to remove them but I'm not that trusting of them coming out in one piece.
