Brakes pulsate in body most noticeable when braking at high speed. Car has been unused and garaged for five years.

Good afternoon.

You need to replace the pads and rotors. They have severely rusted up over the time sitting.

It may also be a caliber sticking as It seem like it is only on driver side and wheel does not vibrate. It stops when brakes are cool and then pulses like crazy when I hard brake at 70/80 mph. Then continues to pulse at any speed braking.

Replace the pads and rotors first. During that process, check to make sure the calipers retract easily. If they do, leave them alone. If they do not, replace both sides.
