Issue #1 - Keys do not disarm security system when unlocking doors.

Issue #2 - Key fob when unlock is pressed once drivers side door will unlock but security system does not disarm, press unlock twice all doors unlock and security system will disarm. If car sits over night for example, key fob will not disarm system unless I press lock and then unlock. Does my security system need to reset?

All keys are programmed in ECU and will start car.

It sounds like you have an security module that is going out, but lets try to reboot the system first. Remove the negative battery cable from the battery and hold it to the positive terminal for five minutes. This will discharge the memory capacitors and let the system do a hard reboot. Let me know if this works and if the security light is flashing when you try and start it.
