Last night anti-key popped on. Now it will run for five seconds​ then turn off. I already disconnected negative cable. I also changed the security fuse. And still have same problem. What more can I do?

That description fits the anti-theft module not being able to read the key. There are a few pieces that control that. Most are not DIY friendly because you need a scan tool to be able to "see" what the system is doing.
It is a fairly common problem but without the scan tool you could swap some costly parts and still not repair it.
